Hey guys I am so sorry I haven't been on in forever! I just have been so busy and everything that coulld go bad has! But now that everything is getting cleared up, I will finally post something on here:) Enjoy!
Ingredients :
- 6 cups popped pop corn
- 1 1/2 cups or so almond bark (or white chocolate), melted
- 1 cup cake batter mix (I used yellow cake batter but white would work too)
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- assorted sprinkles
O1. Start by popping the popcorn.
O2. Next, prepare the coating. You will need almond bark or white chocolate.
O3. Melt the almond bark/chocolate in the microwave. Put it in the microwave in 30 second intervals stirring between each 30 seconds until it is fully melted.
O4. Once it's melted add a little vegetable shortening to thin it a bit. Add the vegetable shortening and stir until it is melted. Usually you don't have to put it back in the microwave to completely melt it but you can if you have to.
O5. Then add the cake mix. & Stir.
O6. Pour onto the popcorn and coat evenly. Toss with the white chocolate/cake batter coating.
O7. Pour the popcorn out onto cookie sheets to cool/harden.
O8. Sprinkle immediately with your choice of sprinkles.
O9. Wait until fully hardened (if you can) and enjoy!
Its super easy! My friend is alergic to Icing so this is what I am going to do for my birthday instead of a cake:)
